Wedding dvd Information

Introduction
   The dvd introduction uses the wedding invitation set in a bed of flowers and shots of the church or venue with background music and titles.
If no invitation is available we use video clips taken around Christchurch.

Bridal party preparation
Catching the bridal party having their hair and makeup done and getting ready for the big day.
The brides clothes layed over the bed or chair.
Mom helping the bride with the last details of the dress.
Home filming of the bride with her family inside the house.
Touching shots of the bridal party in the garden.
The bridal party getting into the car ready to go.
Departure from the house to the ceremony.

At the church or ceremony venue
General view of the venue inside and outside.
Snap the guests as they arrive and take their seats in the venue.
Close up of the nervous groom waiting anxiously for his bride.
The arrival of the bride outside the venue.
The flowergirls and brides maids walking down the aisle.
The bride and dad or escort's entrance to the ceremony and walking down the aisle.

The ceremony
The wedding service in full including hymns, readings etc.
Listen as the couple say their wedding vows and exchange rings.
Their first kiss as husband and wife.
Signing of the register.
The couple walking down the aisle.

After the ceremony
Mingle with family and friends as they give their congratulations to the newly weds.
Filming the family and friends as they arrange themselves for the group photos at the church or venue.
Departure of the couple after the ceremony for the bridal photos.

Bridal photos
Follow the couple and watch the bridal party having their photo shoot.

Catch the guests celebrating at the cocktail hour.

Reception
The reception venue and table layout before the guests arrive.
The arrival of the bride and groom at the reception.
The bride and groom making their way to the head table.
The all important speeches and toasts.
The cutting of the cake.
The bride and groom mixing with the guests after the wedding breakfast.
Candid filming of the guests chating during and after the reception.

The dance
The arrival of the evening guests.
Their first dance as a married couple.
The parents and grand parents dancing.
Throwing of the bouquet or the garter.
The opening of the presents.
Watch the guests as they dance on into the night and have a good time.
Wave goodbye as the happy couple leave the dance on their first night together.

The next day
See the family relaxing the next day, opening presents or enjoying a well earned drink and bbq.

The rehearsal
We can pop along and film the rehearsal before the wedding.

The hen's and stag's party
We can slip into the hen's party or the stag's party and catch all the friends celebrating their last days as singles.
These times are never remembered as everyone is having so much fun.
